Panu Kärävä advises organizations with a focus on ESG strategy, circular business models, and data-driven operations. He combines experience in digital innovation, energy transition, and agile service development with a deep understanding of regulatory and operational challenges. As a certified AWS Solutions Architect and co-organizer of the Zürich Green IT Hackathon, he bridges technology, strategy, and impact.

Panu brings broad cross-sectoral experience from senior corporate roles. He has worked on the design and delivery of carbon accounting and ESG reporting platforms, led the global roll-out of asset and energy performance services, developed sustainability programs for retail and supply chains. His career spans operational, commercial, and advisory positions giving him a strong grasp of both strategy and hands-on implementation in complex corporate environments.

In addition to his role at E2 Management Consulting, he supports sustainability-focused start-ups and is actively engaged in innovation and energy transition projects contributing to the net-zero transformation.

He holds an Executive MBA (ESSEC & Mannheim) and an M.Sc. in Energy Technology and Environmental Protection (Aalto University). Fluent in English, Finnish, French and German, with conversational Swedish and basic Russian
