Infomaniak processes technical and communications data on our behalf to provide hosting, email, security, backup and related services. According to Infomaniak, customer hosting data entrusted to its services is stored and processed in its data centres in Switzerland. Infomaniak’s current contractual, privacy and technical information remains authoritative. The website’s contact form uses a technical verification image provided as part of the Infomaniak Site Creator platform to help prevent automated misuse. It does not use Google reCAPTCHA. Site Creator may also load platform components used for technical error detection, security and performance monitoring. Depending on the platform configuration, these components may process connection, device, error and limited interaction information relevant to diagnosing technical problems. E2 does not use these components for advertising or individual profiling.Further information is available in Infomaniak’s privacy information.
6. Website statistics
We do not use Google Analytics, Hotjar or any separately installed advertising or behavioural analytics service on this website.Infomaniak processes server-request and technical data as part of providing, securing and operating the website. Where aggregate traffic statistics are made available to E2 under the applicable Infomaniak service, we may use them to understand page access, identify technical issues and improve the website. We do not use these statistics to create individual visitor profiles, track visitors across unrelated websites or deliver targeted advertising. The availability, content and retention of technical logs and aggregate statistics depend on the Infomaniak service and its current configuration.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The website may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies that are technically necessary for website operation, security, forms or user-requested functions. We currently do not use non-essential analytics cookies, advertising cookies or advertising pixels. You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. The website currently retrieves the Cormorant Garamond font through Google Fonts. When your browser retrieves the font, it connects to Google’s infrastructure. Technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the requested resource may therefore be processed by Google.Google may process data through infrastructure or affiliated companies located outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. The website contains links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn profiles, LinkedIn posts and other professional or informational sources.These are ordinary external links and not embedded social-media widgets. Displaying such a link does not itself send personal data from E2 to the linked website. 12. Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable legal, contractual and evidentiary requirements. Technical and security logs are retained according to the applicable Infomaniak service configuration and only for as long as required for operation, security and fault diagnosis. Correspondence relating to an inquiry is generally retained for up to 24 months after the inquiry has been concluded. It may be retained for longer if the inquiry results in a business relationship or if a longer period is required for contractual, legal, evidentiary or legitimate business purposes. Information connected with a contractual relationship is retained in accordance with the applicable statutory and contractual retention requirements.
