Biography

Chairman, Ninyes & Advisor, Inclus
Panu is Chairman of Ninyes, a turnkey resale platform enabling fashion brands to integrate recommerce into their business models. He also advises Finnish risk management software company Inclus, bringing sustainability and ESG perspectives to risk analytics and business development. These roles complement his work at E2 with hands-on experience in circular business models, entrepreneurship and technology-driven sustainability.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Senior Sustainability Consultant, EMEA
Advised organisations on applying cloud and digital technologies to sustainability challenges. His work covered carbon accounting and ESG reporting, supply-chain traceability, sustainability data architectures, sustainable IT and IoT-enabled energy optimisation across buildings and industry.

Siemens Smart Infrastructure — Global Portfolio Management, Energy & Sustainability
Held global portfolio management responsibilities across energy, sustainability and asset performance. Developed and managed service and digital portfolios covering energy efficiency and decarbonisation, energy management, data-driven buildings and infrastructure, IoT and new digital service and business models.

Kering — Environmental Performance & Sustainability
Worked on corporate environmental performance and sustainability within an international luxury and consumer-goods environment. His responsibilities included GHG accounting and environmental impact assessment across operations and value chains, providing early hands-on experience in applying environmental accounting and sustainability methodologies in a global corporate setting. 

Helsinki Energy & Fortum — Energy & Environmental Management 
Started his career in the Finnish energy sector with Helsinki Energy and Fortum, working on energy and environmental management. This provided a strong practical foundation in power generation, energy systems and environmental performance that has continued throughout his later work in energy efficiency, decarbonisation and the energy transition.
